Executive Coaching often focuses on the mastery of fundamental leadership and interpersonal skills, and their application to the coordination and development of teams; or on the mastery of non-technical skills such as marketing, sales processes, and strategic planning.
I often fill in the gaps in an MBA or other technical qualification, that may be holding the Executive back from realising their full potential.
What's Involved?
Weekly or bi-monthly coaching sessions of around 1 hour's duration, by phone, web or face-to-face. The term is variable, but 6 months is generally the minimum term for which I will engage.
