Making more money from your business isn't the rocket science some business books or guru's would have you believe. What it comes down to is:

• The ability to pick yourself up and go again, even when you really don't feel like it
• A decent product or service that there's a reasonable amount of demand for, and

You see, I've worked with plenty of people who are never going to make it as a business owner, and the best thing I can do is to let them know I don't think they've got what it takes. Generally I prefer to work alongside owners of businesses in the $1M to $20M turnover range, who intend to substantially grow their business value and profitability, and are willing to work hard to accelerate their results.
